Previously, I practiced as a holistic chiropractor for over 15 years, working closely with the nervous system to help people reconnect to their bodies and release long-held tension. That experience deeply shaped how I understand emotional and relational health. The body tells our story: how we’ve protected ourselves, adapted to pain, and learned to survive. These protective patterns, while once necessary, can eventually keep us from feeling grounded and connected in the present.

As a gay man, I understand what it can feel like to be marginalized or “othered,” and I hold deep respect for the many ways people learn to navigate those experiences. I welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences, and I strive to honor each person’s unique path.

In therapy, I bring this mind-body awareness into our work together. I help individuals and couples notice how attachment patterns, early experiences, and stress responses show up not only in the mind but also in the body. Through this lens, we explore how you relate to yourself and others, how you regulate safety and closeness, and how your nervous system may be signaling what it needs for deeper healing.

I draw from an integrative approach that weaves clinical and transpersonal practices to meet your individual needs in a depth-oriented way. This supports the shift from self-protection to self-connection, allowing your higher self to emerge with greater clarity and guide you toward a fuller sense of wholeness.

My Background

How I work

My approach blends relational therapy, somatic awareness, and mindful attention to the patterns that shape your inner world. I aim to create a space where you feel met, understood, and supported as you move toward clarity, emotional steadiness, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.

I pay close attention to the present-moment experience, how your body responds, how emotions move through you, and how patterns show up in the room between us. Rather than relying only on past narratives, we use what unfolds in session as a doorway into insight and change, helping you develop more grounded and flexible ways of relating to yourself and others.

Therapy with me isn’t about rushing to fix or change you. It’s about exploring the stories, beliefs, and protective patterns that have helped you survive and may now be asking for something different. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, creating room for parts of you that have been quieted or overlooked to come forward in their own time.
